For purchases made in store, you must refer to your retailer for a warranty.

Boots & clothing coverage:

CKX boots and clothing are covered by a one-year warranty. To obtain service under this warranty, contact the retailer where you purchased your gear, making sure you have your receipt showing the date of your purchase. If you have any questions about our warranty, please contact us.

Helmets coverage*:

CKX helmets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for 3 years (+2 years with online registration) from the date of purchase. It does not however, cover any problem related to a modification (stickers, paint, etc.), an accident or damage from the helmet’s contact with another surface or object, etc.

*The legal warranty is limited to 1 year for any defect in material and workmanship on electric visors.
